Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irvin is always taken as one of the best receivers in NFL history, and when he was asked who could be taken as the greatest quarterback, Irvin did not give a direct answer, but did give his choice of his favorite quarterback, and he named Indianapolis Colts Peyton Manning.
Irvin said Manning was one of the few quarterbacks with precise brain that works fast and accurately when the quarterback is reading defense. Leading the Colts to the second longest winning streak earns Manning his fourth MVP title, and Irvin added the quarterback still has the potential to win his fifth during the rest of his NFL career. Irvin was especially in favor of Manning’s personality. The easy-going star quarterback is like just father, Archie Manning in the ways of getting along with others.
However, Irvin said he never regret for winding up in Cowboys style of Michael Irvin jersey during his time. Helping his team win three Super Bowl championships, Irvin has been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and always available to mentor Cowboys young players.
